The Young Chefs Workshop is a 2-Saturday program of Moderne Culinaire Academy that offers a series of cooking classes designed for young culinary enthusiasts, from ages 6 to 19 years old.
It offers its young participants the opportunity to have practical yet fun hands-on learning, including valuable insights on food, kitchen safety, and preparation.
For this edition of this workshop, your little chefs-to-be will learn how to make easy-to-prepare meals and snacks, combining both culinary and baking plus pastry favorites throughout the duration of the program.
To ensure the best and effective way of teaching the young chefs, participants will be using safe kitchen stations, complete with modern facilities and professional chef instructors for focused supervision.
Inclusion: Workshop is inclusive of chef’s hat, apron, ingredients, handouts, kitchen and equipment use, and a certificate.
