Also there’s a vast number of other opportunities within the Food Retail/Wholesale industry, Food Concessionaires, or even Restaurateurs.

Who are we?
Moderne Culinaire Academy is one of the leading Culinary Schools in the Philippines. It is Strategically located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The facilities include: state-of-the-art kitchens, dining and restaurant facilities, lecture room, a full bar, Wi-fi access, and a culinary research center.
The school is formed by a team composed of highly experienced, talented and dedicated chef instructors whose common goal is to provide the highest quality of culinary education through a hands on approach.
Chef instructors were carefully selected on the basis of their experience and ability to transform talent into a wealth transferable technology that will be useful to the student in any capacity within the food industry.
